<span style="background:white">The objective of the survey is to assess how organisations collect and perceive available information on rangelands and pastoralism. It is a follow up to the UN Environment Assembly resolution 24 passed in 2016, which requests
UN Environment and its partners to conduct a gap analysis on rangelands and pastoralists.</span><br>
<br>
<span style="background:white">This gap analysis is coordinated by a small team consisting of UN Environment, GRID-Arendal and Maryam Niamir-Fuller (independent expert). The survey is one out of several methods we are using to collect data.</span><br>
