<div id="divRpF271829" style="direction:ltr">ARS had a wonderful and successful conference. Jeanne and I toured around Alice for a bit and each went on one of the conference tours. The wallaby picture is from one of our hikes around Alice that we did. One
evening we had a lovely dinner with John & Anne Taylor, Wal & Pam Walher, Jon Milne, and a few others. We sampled the local fare, a mixed platter that contained kangaroo, emu, buffalo (asiatic water buffalo), camel, and crocodile. </div>

<div id="divRpF271829" style="direction:ltr">Daytime temperatures were in the mid to high 90s during our week there and yes that was warm for this Alaska woman, since it was snowing the day I left Anchorage. I have another couple of weeks in this warm climate
and looking forward to many events, some work and some play. Wishing you all a good day.</div>
