<p class="MsoPlainText"><span style="font-family:"Georgia","serif"">I hope you are all having a wonderful week thus far! On behalf of the Steering Committee, I am sending out a few documents (attached) for discussion at the Annual Meeting in March. The Steering
Committee has been working through the Bylaws to update the information within them. We would like you to look over the bylaws before the meeting in March and we will discuss the changes at the Tucson meeting.

<p class="MsoPlainText"><span style="font-family:"Georgia","serif"">The first attachment includes the original wording of the Partnership Bylaws with the proposed amendments that are indented, italicized and/or noted with red font or a strike-through (as explained
at the top of the document). The next attachment is the original Rangelands West Partnership Bylaws (from 2008). The final attachment is the proposed revision of the Partnership Bylaws with the amendments (that were in the first attachment), only the document
is the "clean" version so it will include the changes to the 2008 document but not the pre-revision wording.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
