Dear All,

Under the GEF-funded project STELARR (Sustainable Investments for Large-Scale Rangeland Restoration), ILRI, IUCN and partners are establishing a global rangelands data platform with GMV Solutions to be fully launched in 2026.  We want the platform to be as useful as possible and would like to establish a working group of potential users (subject matter experts) to guide and work with us as the platform develops. The Platform also has a Steering Committee that provides additional but more strategic guidance.

There is a TOR attached with an outline of our expectations and requests from you as a subject matter expert – it is not so much. In short we would like to draw from your experience and ideas on for example what kind of data we should be including, and how to present it in the most accessible and useful way.  If you would like to join us as an expert to guide and help develop this exciting initiative please contact me through a direct message.
