This is the last week to reserve your hotel room for the 2024 RP Annual Meeting in Hilo, HI March 17-21!

Hotel rooms at the Hilo Hawaiian<https://www.castleresorts.com/big-island/hilo-hawaiian-hotel/> must be booked by Saturday, February 17 to get the discounted rate. To reserve, call the hotel at (808) 935 -9361. You may also mail or fax the hotel (see reservation form<https://arizona.app.box.com/s/wi9ys8gxbp197asqbfkibpl5i64p54rz>). The hotel will collect a deposit at the time of reservation, which is refundable up to four days before the reservation.

Registration is open<https://marketplace.uidaho.edu/C20272_ustores/web/store_main.jsp?STOREID=128&SINGLESTORE=true> and closes for in-person registration on Tuesday, March 5. There is also a virtual option.
