Land access issues disproportionately impact Black, Indigenous, people of color (BIPOC) and low-income communities. Throughout history, racist systems have denied historically excluded communities from continuous land ownership, which hinders these communities from accruing individual and generational wealth. Alternative means of land ownership help create a more equitable system by supporting community needs related to both agriculture and conservation. Through this series, we will highlight several emerging models and share information and resources about these alternative systems.

This series is free and open to the public, please register for each installment on Eventbrite. The registration confirmation email will include a Zoom for the event.

**We will send out a reminder about the other installments later in September.
