The IUCN World Conservation Congress approved motion 10 “Protecting and
restoring endangered grassland and savannah ecosystems
<https://www.iucncongress2020.org/motion/010/62460>” (also attached). It
includes a paragraph encouraging Member States to approve the  IYRP
proposal from Mongolia
