The Mongolian Government and the International Support Group for the International Year of Rangelands & Pastoralists (IYRP) are holding an online side event at the High-Level Political Forum (HLPF) on Sustainable Development this coming week in New York. The topic is "Sustainable pastoralism and rangelands: impacts of COVID, and how not to leave them behind in the 2030 Agenda”. It will be held by Zoom at 7:30-9:00 New York time (UTC-4) on 6 July 2021. The speakers - ranging from pastoralists to policymakers - are shown in the attached flyer.

Some stunning short films on pastoralism and rangelands will also be shown.
