A core principle of USAID’s Global Food Security Strategy is to engage and partner with the private sector to achieve food security development objectives, and to promote inclusive agriculture-led growth in new markets. Over the last five years the USAID Investment Support Program (ISP), implemented by Dalberg Advisors, has conducted tens of engagements in multiple geographies across the sphere of private sector engagement in agriculture and investment facilitation. ISP has started to capture and disseminate learnings and insights from across these projects. This includes the development of a series of knowledge briefs that provide guidance to Missions, Operating Units and others in the sector on the design and implementation of impactful programs that catalyze private sector engagement and investment.

Join us for an Agrilinks webinar, where we will review some of the work done, explore examples of investment support that have created meaningful impact, and discuss what lessons and guidance would be useful to better engage investors, investees, and enabling stakeholders to drive forward investment as a tool for positive change.
