Dear colleagues,

The FAO platform for Technologies and practices for small agricultural producers<http://teca.fao.org/> (TECA) has initiated an online discussion on "Adaptation Practices in Agriculture."  They are seeking  your valuable contributions on the kind of practices implemented by pastoralists to adapt to climate change. The online discussion can be accessed here: http://teca.fao.org/discussion/adaptation-practices-agriculture. Please register on the website and login from the links given to make your contributions.

Your contributions may address the following questions:

  *   What adaptation practices, strategies or technologies have you been using so far in your agriculture sectors?
  *   What has worked well and what hasn't? Briefly explain why. Share your experiences!
  *   What is needed to ensure that these practices, strategies and technologies respond to the climate adaptation commitments in your country?
