This three-day online conference will feature information, tips and tools ag educators and service can use to deliver more engaging and effective programs for beginning women farmers and ranchers.

Sessions are organized around five core themes: business scale and profitability; evaluating programs; leadership; legal issues; and safety, mechanization and ergonomics. Who should attend? The conference will cover a broad range of topics relevant to agricultural educators and service providers from across the US. We expect people who work for Extension, nonprofit organizations, government agencies and agribusiness to attend. Farmers and ranchers who offer farmer training programs will also find sessions relevant to their programs.
Where: Online. Join from your desktop, laptop, tablet or smartphone. All sessions will be recorded, so you can join live or watch the recordings as your schedule permits.
Cost: $35 for registrations received by Dec. 19, 2018, then $50 starting Dec. 20. The fee includes access to all sessions, plus downloads of supplemental resources and material.
