[RangelandsPartnership] Rangelands Partnership Annual Meeting

Aloha all,

 

I have attached our welcome letter to this email in reply to John Tanaka's
announcement of the Rangelands Partnership Annual Meeting.  Apparently, some
folks did not receive my initial email, perhaps because of the size of one
of the attachments.  

 

We are busy planning meals for the meeting.  It is our desire to provide you
with meals that reflect the diversity of food options that can only be found
here in the islands.  As such meals will be designed around traditional
Hawaiian foods, Hawaiian mix plate lunches, and bentos (unique Hawaiian
box-lunches).  I would appreciate feedback on your dietary needs from those
of you planning to attend in order to facilitate the meal planning.  Please
let me know if you require vegetarian meals or have any food allergies
(shell fish, nuts, etc.) or any other specific food requests.

Hi all,

 

The information below is being sent out to those on the WERA 1008 list.
Since not everyone is on that list, the information is repeated below. The
information that Mark sent out earlier in his letter is repeated at both
websites listed below.  I am attaching his attachments to this email as some
may not have received those before. I converted the hotel sales sheet to a
jpg.  It was 10 MB which may be why some did not get it.  Please register as
soon as you can to help Mark with planning.

The annual meeting will be held March 20-23, 2016 in Kona, Hawaii.
