[RangelandsPartnership] The Big Island 2016 - Rangelands Partnership meeting dates

Mark Thorne, Range Extension Specialist with the University of Hawaii (at Manoa) and his colleagues are getting plans underway to host the Rangelands Partnership 2016 annual meeting.
