Hi everyone,

We shot two episodes of Out on the Land, a cable and satellite show on RFD-TV. The episodes are scheduled on RFD-TV on 5 pm Mountain time on August 18 and 25 with re-runs on November 17 and 24. They also repeat at 3:30 am Mountain time on August 19 and 26 and November 18 and 25. They should be available to view on the http://OutontheLand.com website around the start of September.

The first episode highlights a relatively new research effort between the USDA Agricultural Research Service High Plains Research Center and the University of Wyoming in the Thunder Basin. The second episode focuses on ranchers and agency conservation efforts of the Thunder Basin in Wyoming. This region is a complex of the Thunder Basin National Grassland, private, state, and other federal lands. There are multiple resource issues including energy development (coal, gas, and oil), grazing, listed and candidate endangered species, wildlife, tourism, and many others.

I hope you have a chance to watch the episodes.
