[RangelandsWest] RE: virtual attendance at Rangeland West -- VERY IMPORTANT

HELLO!  I have not received data from anyone yet.  If you want to attend virtual, I need the information noted below by the end of this week.  BY THIS FRIDAY tell me if you are attending virtually.

If you want to attend virtually I need a bit of information from each of you.  Please send to me, jlkuden at uaa.alaska.edu<mailto:jlkuden at uaa.alaska.edu> these 4 pieces of information:
1) contact info from each virtual attendee, name, email & phone no. (the number easiest to reach you at)
2) tech contact at your site if different from you, so the AV Services guy can do a test call to your place
3) IP address of your specific system
4) make & model of your system equipment

I would like to receive this information by May 3rd, Friday.  The following week, starting May 6th, the AV Services team here at UAA will be in touch with each of you.
