[Rangelands] AGROVOC will be down on March 23rd

Dear Rangelands Partners (especially those of you doing data entry),

On March 23rd for about a 24 hour period, there will be a special
maintenance intervention on FAO's servers that will cause the unavailability
of the AGROVOC thesaurus web services.  This intervention should make
services faster and more reliable in the future.

Apologies in advance for any difficulties this downtime may cause. News is
