[Rangelands] Your attention please! Preliminary Agenda for Rangelands West Partnership 10th Annual Meeting, March 11-14, 2012

Greetings Rangelands West partners:

We have a more detailed agenda ready for your viewing as you prepare for the upcoming (just a little over a week away!) 10th Annual Meeting of the Rangelands West Partnership! See attached.

Whether or not you will be attending "Live - in Tucson!" or virtually, there are a few ASAP things to direct your attention to:


*         Review the agenda and note where your name or state is listed. For example, We are asking someone from each state to give a brief report (5-10 minutes or less) during the state update session on Monday afternoon.  In addition, others of you are on the agenda for special reports on projects, etc.

o   Please let us know ASAP if there needs to be any changes to your name or whoever will be giving the report.



*         Note: If you are not able to come to Tucson to attend in person, but can arrange to give your state update or other presentation "virtually", please let us know ASAP!



*         If you plan to use a Power Point presentation or have other materials in electronic form, please send them to us ASAP  or by Friday the 9th  at the latest, so we can load them into AdobeConnect.  This makes the resolution much better for virtual participants.

More information will be coming separately. Let us know if you have any questions or suggestions!
