[Rangelands] Nevada Rangelands new look

Hi Folks,

At long last the Nevada Rangelands newly renovated site is launched!  I am still adding items, of course, and twitching the colors, but it has fully replaced our old site.

For others moving their sites to the LibGuides platform, you will notice that the URL shows it is actually in CampusGuides, the next-level-up-costwise product from the LibGuides folks.  UNR is moving all of their LibGuides over to CampusGuides.  The only difference that effects my Rangelands site is the ability to create a custom header and set of colors.
