[Rangelands] Rangelands West WERA Annual Report and second call for survey response!

Hello again!

Last week I sent out the minutes of the Bozeman WRP Rangelands West meeting  and included a link to a meeting evaluation survey. Thank you to the 8 people who have responded. (I think that's pretty good for summer-time!)

This week I'm attaching the WERA 1008 Annual Report that has been submitted to Colin Kaltenbach and John Tanaka.
