[Rangelands] Western Rangelands Partnership Business

Hi, Folks!

The Western Rangelands Partnership is looking for a few volunteers to help steer the Partnership into the next few years.

Along with the annual meeting comes the election for the incoming WRP Secretary.  This is a 3 year term, moving from Secretary to Vice Chair to Chair.  Continuing our tradition, this year we are looking for a Range Specialist for the position.  So please nominate yourself (or somebody else).  Nominations should be sent to me (current Chair) by May 4th.  I will confirm with candidates that they are willing to serve (so please nominate any partner you think would be appropriate).

We are also looking for a host institution for the 2012 Annual Meeting.  If you are interested, but would like to know more about what would be involved, you can contact Rachel Frost (2011 Host) at frost at montana.edu<mailto:frost at montana.edu> or David Kruger at tseliot at uwyo.edu<mailto:tseliot at uwyo.edu>.

Meanwhile, be sure to register for the upcoming meeting in Bozeman, or let us know if you will be attending virtually!
