Hello, Western Rangelands Partnership,
Of the folks (attending USAIN next week) who responded, all but one could make Wednesday breakfast. This makes it our best option. (Sorry, Reddy.) We have a couple of options: We could either grab a table at the continental breakfast/Interest Group session (we are interesting, right?) or we could meet in the Purdue Union, which is reported to be nearby and have several breakfast options. There are pluses to both. If we stay with the IG breakfast session, then we may generate some interest from folks who are not already Partners. Marianne S-B informs me that the organization for the IG breakfast sessions is loose and we are free to territorialize a table as we please. If we decide to instead eat in the Union, it will not be as chaotic (and if you are counting, you will be required to buy your own breakfast). Also, if we eat in a separate building, we will need to finish up a touch earlier to make it to the first session.
I am happy to do either. Let me know your preference. If we decide to go the IG route, I will be happy to make us a nifty table sign.
Cheers!
AMY

Subject: [Rangelands] Western Rangelands Partnership meet-up at USAIN
Hi Folks!
We are organizing a breakfast get-together for Rangelands West/WRP enthusiasts at the USAIN Meeting in May. Since many folks were unable to attend the WRP Annual Meeting in Laramie, this will be a chance to check in, catch up, and discuss ongoing efforts and opportunities. Haven't been involved for a few years? - You are still very welcome to join us.
So...
Please let me know if you will be attending USAIN, and which days you will be there. We are aiming for Wednesday morning (May 12th), but if there is a significant number of folks who are interested but can't make Wednesday, we can consider another day.
Hope to hear from you soon,
Cheers,
Amy
