<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif;color:black">Dr. Schuch, with the School of Plant Sciences, is looking for an undergraduate student worker to work now through the summer until next May or for another year. The Student Worker
will be responsible for assisting in field preparation, field layout, and installation of an irrigation study at the Campus Ag Center on Campbell Avenue in Tucson. Work will be under the supervision of a staff research technician to install irrigation, transplant
plants, apply mulch, label plants, maintain the field, and assist in data collection.

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif;color:black">The eligible candidate must have transportation to get to the Campus Ag Center, needs to be able to work outdoors through the summer and the other seasons, needs to be able to
lift 50 pounds, needs to be able to kneel on the ground and bend knees, and needs to be able to operate small power equipment such as a ditch witch. The student will assist in another project that is located on campus, this includes maintaining plants in the
greenhouse, collect data, inspect plants for mites, and assist in sample preparation for molecular diagnosis.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
