<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-autospace:none"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">This unique training program provides students the opportunity to study with world-renowned scientists in the USDA-ARS-PWA to gain hands-on experience
working on cutting edge research in many areas including: Food Science, Crop Production, Plant Genetics and Breeding, Entomology, Natural Resources, Bioproducts, and Engineering. This is a fully funded 8-week summer internship. Based on successful completion
of the first year, students may have an option to complete a second 8-week internship the following summer.</span><o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="text-autospace:none"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Interns will develop skills and knowledge to better prepare them for science jobs with USDA-ARS-PWA.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="text-autospace:none"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Interns will develop meaningful relationships with USDA-ARS Scientists and Technicians which will lead to a better understanding of career
opportunities with USDA-ARS.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
