<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto"> The Joseph Shinoda Memorial Scholarship Foundation Board of Trustees is pleased to announce the availability of scholarships for the 2015-2016 academic year.
<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto">Each year scholarships are awarded by the Foundation to undergraduate students specializing in some phase of floriculture.<b>
</b>The object of the awards is to encourage good students to enter the domestic floriculture field; therefore, applicants should intend to work in some phase of commercial floriculture<b>
</b>in the United States after graduation. We ask that you encourage any worthy students to apply. In return, we will award your department 10% of the total scholarships given to your students.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto">We will be sending a letter and poster to you via USPS within the next couple of weeks. In the meantime, we have attached a copy of the poster.<o:p></o:p></p>
