learn how to use computational approaches to analyze the data produced by high-throughput technologies in biology. Through hands-on experience with real data sets, discover the opportunities and challenges of large-scale data analyses and develop practical
biological computing skills. Lectures are built around a core of fundamental biology concepts with computational methods introduced on this biological foundation. The course is designed for students who have little or no previous computational skills, but
