Find Your Environment Day
The Arizona Institute for Resilience is excited to host an afternoon featuring environmental opportunities, professional development resources, and undergraduate research at the University of Arizona.

Join us Thursday, April 18 in ENR2 from 1-6 p.m. for Find Your Environment Day, which will spotlight opportunities on campus that support students interested pursuing careers in environmentalism, sustainability, and resilience.

>From 1-3 p.m., we will be hosting a resource fair with organizations like:

  *   The Bio/Diversity Project
  *   Ecological Restoration Club
  *   Resilience FORGE
  *   Compost Cats
  *   AIR Education Initiatives
  *   Student Engagement & Career Development
  *   Undergraduate Biology Research Program
  *   CIELO

Subsequently, from 4-6 p.m., the AIR Education Initiatives Student Showcase will feature talks and poster presentations from Diana Liverman Scholars, Earth Grant Interns, and RISE Interns, along with refreshments. This showcase is helpful to students who are interested in research and internships, especially prospective applicants to AIR Education Initiative programs.

Sustainability Under the Stars Film Series

Grab some popcorn and join Arizona Environment and The Loft's Solar Cinema Program for a sustainability film series, Sustainability Under the Stars. Bringing together voices from the University of Arizona campus and Tucson community, explore connections between environment and society through a FREE film series. We have three films coming up.
