Over a dozen different CUREs across STEM, Humanities, Social Sciences, and Arts are being offered in Spring 2024! Students from any level are eligible to enroll in these courses, including first- and second-year students and transfer students.
A course-based undergraduate research experience (CURE) provides you a chance to gain authentic research experience and enhance your critical thinking skills. This is valuable to help narrow down your career interests, gain a competitive edge for research positions and summer programs, and to strengthen graduate school applications. Whether or not you have been interested in research before, please take a look at the wide-ranging courses listed on our site.
The descriptions and any prerequisites for the courses are posted here: https://ur.arizona.edu/content/current-cure-offerings . Register for any of these courses through the Student Center in UAccess, unless otherwise specified in their description.
