[Plsugs] IMPORTANT: New PLS D2L Portal to Replace the PLS Undergraduate Listserv

Dear PLS Students,

I have developed a PLS D2L Portal that will *mostly be replacing the undergraduate listserv. I will only utilize the listserv to remind student to check-out the PLS D2L portal or in rare instances.

To find the PLS D2L portal please navigate to your D2L and on the main page under “My Courses” you can do the following:

  *   Either navigate to the tab that says “All” and search through all of your courses until you find the PLS D2L portal
  *   Use the arrows to navigate to the tab that says “2021 Non-Term”

Once you locate the PLS D2L Portal click into the portal and on the very first page it will give you instructions on how to “pin” this page so you can easily find it. Additionally, there are instructions on how to turn on your notifications for this specific D2L portal. It is critical that you do this or you will miss out on opportunities and information.

The PLS D2L portal was developed to be a one-stop hub for student in the PLS Major and Minor to have access to relevant and important information as a UArizona student, items specific to our major /minor, and their overall personal and professional development, including announcements.

I urge you to take time to explore this entire portal. There are several modules and sub-modules that will be useful to you throughout your entire time as a student at UArizona and beyond.

This portal will help alleviate some of the emails from me because you will be able to receive notifications to what I post, as well as return to the portal and find the various opportunities I’ve posted. If there are deadlines they will be linked to the calendar in the portal.
