It is a $5000 Scholarship, w/ potential for further awards on a regional & national level exists for students in Agriculture Education, Horticulture (including Fruit Science/ Environmental/ Communications), Floriculture, Landscape Design, Botany, Biology, Plant Pathology/Science, Forestry, Agronomy, Environmental Concerns (Management: Environmental, Horticulture Resource/Environmental Behavior, etc.), Economics, Environmental Conservation (including Engineering, Law, etc.), City (Rural & Urban) Planning, Wildlife Science, Habitat or Forest/ Systems Ecology, Land Management and/or other related or allied subjects. For the past two years the successful applicant has gone on to win a National Award of an additional $4000.

The application deadline is Jan 31, 2020 so I am reaching out to you now as you are working with students this fall that might be asking about scholarship options.
