PLS330 Plant Propagation will be offered as a 3-unit lecture this Fall 2019. A lab will not be required. See the attached flyer and information below for more detail.
Please consider enrolling (it is a requirement for the SPS majors in Controlled Environment, Agronomy and Environmental Horticulture/ it is an elective for Plant Science majors).

Principles and Techniques of Plant Propagation-PLS 330 (3 credits)
Fall 2019
Class: M/W 11:00am - 12:15pm
Room: Saguaro Room 114
Instructor: Prof. Tanya Quist
This course will help you develop the skills necessary to carry out principal techniques in propagating plants including seeds, cuttings, budding, grafting and plant tissue culture. You will also learn the biological concepts which influence the success of sexual and asexual propagation techniques and the relevance of these techniques as they are applied in Horticulture Research and Industry.
