Hello,

Please read the important information below if you plan on graduating this May or August. To complete your graduation check, please follow the steps below.

February 1, 2019 is the Deadline to Apply for Graduation. You can apply after tomorrow, but a $50 late fee will be added to your account.

1.       If you're graduating in Spring (May) or Summer (August) you have to apply for graduation - using UAccess - by February 1, 2019. A $50 Candidacy Application fee will be added to your Bursar's account. Applications will be accepted after this date, however a $50 Late Candidacy Application fee will be assessed. 2.       Complete the Senior Exit Survey by following this link: https://redcap.uahs.arizona.edu/surveys/?s=DJNFRA8LHR. Open the attached document for instructions on how to complete the survey. Email a screenshot of the completion page to me.
3.       Schedule an Appointment<https://eagle.sbs.arizona.edu/advising/index.php?k=ad61ab143223efbc24c7d2583be69251#245> with me to complete your Degree Audit Worksheet. This form communicates your graduation plan to the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.
