An invited panel of experts will discuss with students how
UA Science is Making Humanity Better
Dear Students,
As fellow students and Ambassadors for the BIO5 Institute, we wanted to know more about the research that goes on at the University of Arizona, and talk to researchers themselves about their work and the education and career paths that led them to where they are today.
To this end, we have convened a panel of UA scientists who each work in cross-cutting, interdisciplinary research areas like biomedical engineering, immunobiology, data science, molecular biology, and genetics. They will share how their work is focused on making humanity better, and also provide an outlook on potential careers after college for STEM majors. There will be opportunities for students to ask questions of the panelists, as well as network with them one-on-one at the conclusion of the event.
We encourage all UA students with an interest in STEM to join us for an informative, interactive event.
