Fall and Winter 2017 Graduating Seniors:

Please remember to apply for graduation by today September 1, 2017 via UAccess Student Center (refer to the "To Do List" section.  The instructions to do so are listed below.  The deadline (without the late fee) is Today  Friday, September 1st, 2017.  After this deadline you will still be able to graduate, however you will be charged a $50 Late Fee.  The only thing that must be completed by Sept. 1st is the online application.

After submitting your graduation application, you will be sent an email saying that you need to contact your academic advisor to complete a degree audit.  Completing the degree audit with your academic advisor should be done in a timely manner after applying for graduation.  The degree audit does not have to be completed by the Sept. 1st deadline, only the online application.

Instructions to apply for Graduation via Uaccess:

We recommend you apply for graduation the semester before you intend to graduate.  Only the next four calendar year terms are available to select in the application.  If you will not complete your degree within one of those terms, you will remain eligible to apply until your term becomes available.

Deadlines to Apply:
Spring and Summer graduates - February 1st of the intended semester
Fall and Winter graduates - September 1st of the intended semester

1. Log into UAccess Student Center

1. On main home page refer to the "To Do List" section (see highlighted section of screenshot below)

2. Select "Graduation: Apply to Graduate" link

4. Follow the instructions on the application page

Once your application is submitted, you will receive an email with instructions for next steps. The graduation application fee is $50 for all students which will be automatically charged to your Bursar's account.
* If you apply after today September 1, you will be charged an additional $50 as a late fee.  So apply no later than today to avoid a $100 total charge.
