Subject: Reminder for Students: AZBio Expo Student Poster Deadline is March 1, 2017
Dear AZBio University Partners,

For all the details, visit https://www.azbio.org/azbio-expo-2017/student-discovery-zone. To apply, click the STUDENT POSTER button in the middle of the page. The button will take you here<https://docs.google.com/a/azbio.org/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdnVoKLdv3-5ql99aWBv1pzSnaj7EBV9EkGYmjmmMQku6KT6w/viewform>.
AZBio will review all the applications and select up to 50 posters to be displayed at the AZBio Expo. Students with approved posters will receive full conference admission INCLUDING the Spring training Game and VIP reception on March 28th and the full day educational conference on March 29th!
Students will register to confirm attendance AFTER their poster has been approved at www.AZBioExpo.com<http://www.AZBioExpo.com> using the REGISTER button.
NEW: For Students coming from Flagstaff and Tucson, we have a SPECIAL opportunity for students (and chaperones of High School Students) to stay overnight at the Phoenix Marriot Tempe Buttes for $150. (The group rate is $249.) If two students share a room that's just $75 each! To reserve these rooms you must contact Charlie at AZBio.org<mailto:Charlie at AZBio.org> or call 480-779-8101 a.s.a.p. This offer is limited to 20 rooms. That way students from out of town can take advantage of the opportunity to enjoy the Spring Training Game between the Angels and the A's plus the VIP reception on March 28th AND will be onsite for the poster session in the morning instead of getting up at dawn to drive to Phoenix on March 29th.
Students are our future leaders. That's why we invest in creating this opportunity for you.
Please help us spread the word!
Thank you for all that you do,
