Once again we are recruiting students for UROC - the University of Arizona's premiere undergraduate research program for all majors!  I would like to thank the many advisors, staff faculty who helped us recruit last year's exceptional scholars. They had the aptitude and drive to enjoy research and apply to graduate school and we could not be more pleased. As we recruit for UROC 2017, I'd like to dispel some myths:

§  UROC is not a STEM only program!  We work with Fine Arts, Humanities, Education, and Social Behavioral Sciences, so have your students apply...

§  UROC is not just a summer program! Our UROC-PREP & STAR program is open to all majors and offers year-round research & grad school application services

§  UROC seeks academically talented students who are:

o    juniors or seniors, with a 3.00 GPA or above, from groups underrepresented in higher education

o    we are not a good fit for students interested in professional programs such as law, medicine, business
