The future of wine making in Arizona and a career in viticulture can be a rewarding and interesting career, so I urge you to contact my office if you are interested. The summer program includes part time work and harvesting the grapes at the end of August. The winery will continue to allow a student to learn about the wine making process from press, fermentation, bottling and, ultimately, marketing of Vigneto Nannini.
