All club members are invited to attend the New Student Welcome.


On Friday, August 19 from noon - 1:30 pm at the Forbes building, CALS is welcoming more than 600 freshman and transfer students at our annual New Student Welcome event. The event is a great way for CALS student clubs to meet new students, talk about their club, and recruit potential members. All club members are invited to the attend the New Student Welcome! The event will take place in the Forbes lobby and courtyard; club members are encouraged to interact with the new CALS class during the event.
For planning purposes, please rsvp with the name and email of one or two club representatives we can follow-up with. Club tables will be set up inside the Forbes lobby; depending on the number of responses, it's likely that two clubs will be assigned to each table. We ask that clubs arrive at 11 am to set-up; club representation will begin at noon as the new students arrive.
