Dr. Peter Cotty's Laboratory for Aflatoxin Reduction in Crops is looking to hire students for the summer and beyond. This is a great opportunity to learn microbiological and molecular techniques and the use of laboratory equipment. Our research has global impacts on food safety and human health.
