Japanese Garden Maintenance Workshop and Pruning Class

The public is invited for a rare opportunity for training by Takuhiro Yamada, a fifth-generation Kyoto Japanese garden designer and restorer, who will hold a workshop and hands-on pruning class at Yume Gardens on November 17.

The illustrated workshop, about Japanese gardening principles, will be held from 9:00 to 12:00 am. The cost is $45 for the general public and $15 for students with ID.

The hands-on pruning class will be held from 1:00 to 4:00 on the same day. The attendance fee for the class is $35.00 for the general public and $15 for students with ID. Participants may bring their own clippers.
