My name is Tom. I am a 2014 alumnus of ASU and presently working with the recruiting team here at Apple.

I am contacting you because Apple is currently accepting applications for its AppleCare College Program from Wildcats who will be enrolled through at least Spring 2016. The position works as a member of the AppleCare team providing world-class technical support to our customers.

Applicants don't need prior Apple product experience. We provide comprehensive, world-class training. We are interested in talented students with a technical aptitude to learn and that have a passion for helping others. The AppleCare College Program offers competitive pay and full corporate benefits, including college tuition reimbursement up to $5,250 per calendar year.

This opportunity is a one-year commitment to work part-time from home with the potential to extend further. Many students that work in the program end up continuing their career at Apple after graduation, myself included.
