[Plsugs] Exciting LSSA Workshop Events this week

Good morning everyone!

Today, January 29th, the LSSA will be holding a 2nd Propagation Workshop of the semester. The meeting will begin at 4:00PM on the 6th floor of the NE corner of 6th street garage. The LSSA will be teaching the proper methods in transplanting herbs, sage and basil.

In addition to the meeting today, the School of Plant Science's Dr. Ursula Schuch will be holding a Vegetable Production Workshop tomorrow, the Friday of January 30th!!! The workshop will take place at the Campus Agricultural Center. Dr. Schuch is a horticultural expert for the Arizona Cooperative Extension and a professor for the School of Plant Sciences. Her research addresses issues in plant production and landscape management with the goal to provide information on how to produce and maintain healthy, functional plants with minimum inputs. On Friday she will address vegetable production in the Southwest with a hands on example of a low cost vegetable production.
