GRO stands for Grade Replacement Opportunity. A GRO is available for students who meet the criteria allowing for retaking a course in which a grade of C or lower was earned and replacing it with the grade earned in a second attempt.

GRO filing period:
January 14 - February 10, 2015 (11:59pm) via UAccess Student Center

If students are filing for multiple GROs in one term they must do them individually (i.e. student plans to GRO CHEM 151 and MATH 112 this term. Student will file for GRO for CHEM 151 complete all steps within UAccess Student Center, then proceed back to filing the second GRO in MATH 112).  Students who attempt to file for two classes  simultaneously end up with an error message.
