Subject: AREA Student Presentations at ISA Annual Conference

Good morning AREA members,

ISA's Annual Conference and Trade Show is the world's premier gathering of
arboricultural professionals. At this event, practicing arborists come
together with top researchers and educators to learn the latest in research,
technology, and innovations in arboriculture and urban forestry.

As part of the ISA Conference, the Arboricultural Research and Education
Academy (AREA) hosts one day of research presentations as well as poster
displays. Proposals for student research presentations and poster displays
are now being accepted for the 2014 Conference in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA.
The application deadline is February 14, 2014.

Speakers will receive a full conference registration and a speaker's
stipend. Poster presenters are eligible for discounted registration equal to
a one-day conference registration, and a reimbursement of $100 US to help
offset the costs of printing and presenting. AREA student travel grants are
also available to help speakers defray the costs of travel. See the
documents linked below for application details.
