[Plsugs] Meet Your Major Volunteers Needed

Hi all,

Please let me know if you're available to help the faculty with the School
of Plant Sciences information booth for the Meet Your Major Fair this
Wednesday Oct. 2nd. Your peers across campus will be more receptive to your
thoughts on majoring in Plant Science and Sustainable Plant Systems that to
the faculty. I would appreciate your time.

 

Here are the blocks of time available shown bolded in red:

 

1. Meet Your Major Day (10/2/13, next Wednesday in Student Union. We have
all the materials necessary for this event. We just need volunteers to
promote PLS majors to "undecided" undergraduate students. So far the
outreach committee members have signed up some slots; please consider
volunteering (only Faculty):


Meet Your Major Sign Up - October 2, 2013


Set up (10:30am-11am)

Barry, Pat + student


First hour (11am-12noon)

Pat and Barry + student


Second hour (12noon-1pm)           

Mohammad and Mike + student


Third hour (1pm-2pm)

Tanya and  2 students


Tear down (2-2:30pm)

We need two people here ?? + students
