[Plsugs] USDA STEC CAP Internship Program

Reminder - November 22 is the application deadline for the Minority Serving
Institutions STEC CAP internship program with the USDA National Institute of
Food and Agriculture.  This grant supports the understanding and control of
"Shiga-toxigenic Escherichia coli" (STEC) throughout the beef and veal
system.  These paid internships include science-based research projects and
education/outreach projects on the understanding and control of STEC and is
a great opportunity for students majoring in the fields of Animal Science,
Agricultural Biology, Chemistry, Biology, Public Health and Food Science and
Technology.  The attached flyer can be used to promote this internship
program to your students.  I appreciate your assistance and please contact
