Important Registration Dates for March and April, 2012
March 6, 2012 - Last day to process registration changes with only an
Instructor's signature on a Change of Schedule form.
March 6, 2012 - Last day for instructors to submit an Administrative Drop.
March 7, 2012 - All registration changes require not only an Instructor's
signature, but also the Dean's signature:
. Undergraduate Students - the student's college dean
. Graduate Students - the Graduate College dean
. Complete Withdrawal - Dean of Students
March 7, 2012 - The Fall 2012 Schedule of Classes will be available for
viewing. Students will be able to use their shopping carts.
March 7, 2012 - Enrollment Appointments for Fall 2012 Priority Registration
will be available on students' UAccess Student Center.
March 10 - March 18, 2012 - Spring Recess
March 19, 2012 - Priority Registration begins. Detailed information is
available at http://registrar.arizona.edu/schedule2124/rsvp/rsvp.htm.
March 19, 2012 - Summer Session web registration begins.
Clarification - Students Adding From Zero Units
Students who are registering late in the semester (after the $250 Late
Registration Fee is in effect--February 2, 2012 for Spring) and are Adding
>From Zero Units need to get additional approval to do so not only from their
college dean, but also from the Registrar's Office. The process to Add From
Zero requires a student to submit the following documents:
. A personal letter addressed to the Office of the Registrar
explaining why the student is registering late
. A Change of Schedule form signed by instructors for all courses
being added and signed by the college dean (undergraduates) or Graduate
College dean (graduates)
. Pre-payment of all tuition and charges, including a $250 Late
Registration Fee and a $125 Unpaid Tuition Charge.
Questions regarding Adding From Zero Units should be directed to Irene
Delgado or Patti Flanagan.
Summer Session
Last month you were notified that the Schedule of Classes for Summer Session
2012 was live in UAccess and that the Summer website was up and available
for students to view at
http://summer-winter.arizona.edu/. The Summer online application is also
live on the Summer website. It has been redesigned to conform to the online
Undergraduate Admissions
application for a uniform look.

Office at 626-8200.
