Plant Breeding Internship Opportunity

 

.         Company: Arizona Plant Breeders, a division of Arizona Grain  

.         Time period: March 20 to April 10, 2012

.         Number of interns positions: up to 3

.         Description of work:  The students will be part of a crew crossing
wheat and barley lines.  Crossing involves applying pollen from one plant to
another in a field setting 

.         Work hours: 7 am to 11 am or 12 noon

.         Pay: $12 per hour

.         Location:  5 miles south of Arizona City, AZ

.         Transportation:  Not provided but carpooling with other interns
encouraged
