Subject: Summer and Fall Agriculture Internships
Hi Professor Quist,
I am writing to let you know that Kalu Yala is now accepting applications
for the 2012 Summer and Fall semesters. As you are aware, we invite
volunteers to Panama every semester (fall, spring, and summer) to
participate in our programs, which include Agriculture, Animal Science,
Anthropology, Biology, Business, Community Outreach, and Outdoor Recreation.
As the founder of the Agriculture Program, I am specifically interested in
the progress and creation of sustainable agriculture projects in our Valley
and finding suitable candidates to help with the implementation of such
projects.
With that in mind, here are the dates for the upcoming semesters:
Summer Internship Dates: May 21st- August 6th
(Regular Admission Deadline: March 5th)
Fall Internship Dates: September 3rd- November 18th
(Early Admission Deadline: April 5th)
I've attached both the Summer and Fall Internship Packets. It would be an
immense help if you could distribute these to your students.
Many thanks for your past support.
Best regards,
Ian Chesser
Agriculture Program Director
Kalu Yala
