[Plsugs] Graduation Checks for Seniors

To those students in Plant Sciences who will be graduating in May,

 

I have been asked to finalize any course substitutions or changes to your
schedule two weeks prior to visiting with Julie Adkins for your Degree
Check. In other words you must wait two weeks after making changes to your
schedule before doing your degree check. This will ensure all changes are
reflected on your Academic Advising Report and significantly speed up the
process for our Graduation Services Advisor, Julie Adkins. 

 

To declare degree candidacy you need to pick up this form in  211 Forbes.

You will  need to plan a time to meet with Julie as she only accepts
walk-ins during the following times:

85721-0036:

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday

8:30am-12:30pm, 2:30-4:00pm

-AND-

Tuesday, Friday

2:00-4:00pm

 

It's a good idea to call to confirm she is there prior to your visit.
