Subject: Grant Program for Water Conservation

Dr. Quist,

Per my voicemail, I'm writing because I thought you might be interested in a
new online grant program, The Intelligent Use of Water Awards
(http://www.iuowawards.com <http://www.iuowawards.com/> ), which promotes
sustainability, efficient water use, and green spaces. Over $50,000 will be
given to fund water conservation projects.

The grant program, funded by Rain Bird, could appeal to educators who might
want develop a school garden, campus facility managers looking to integrate
sustainable practices, or student-led groups looking to develop and fund
community service projects.

Anyone with Internet access can submit their project to one of three funding
categories ($1,500, $5,000, and $10,000) and then share it via social media.
Users can then vote, and the projects with the most votes are awarded the
grant on World Water Day, March 22, 2011.

Thank you for your time.

Best,
